Please provide the item number and product name, final cost of piece (need to add to item costs which includes 8% sales tax and $40 for shipping/insurance) . All shipping information will be taken and final payment via credit card for entire payment and shipping. All sales will be made via credit card in full with an additional $40.00 to cover shipping and insurance of piece to buyer. All deliveries will be shipped between 5 to 7 days of purchase. Domestic shipping only of all purchases. Returns of any item must be within 20 days of receipt.
